The food quality was very good and the service was excellent. My son got a burger with cheese curds as the side, and she gave him a very generous part of curds to the point where he couldn't finish his burger. As his father, I am not plagued with such borders.
That's the worst experience I've ever had with a bww. we ordered 2 commands of wings, wedge with a side of queso and twirl rings. 5 minutes after the order they bring out a series of wedges that are covered with cheese and ask if they are ours. I let the runner know that we don't get any appetizers, but he said when we ordered keile these were ours, they have a hot and ready button, because the kitchen is too busy, they can't leave it. So he refused to take them back and bring them back, as I asked, be on the side and with my food. I am sure there were many other people waiting for keile, and I know that it takes 3 minutes to cook them because I worked the front and the back of the house at 2 different way busier bww. we saw how they brought random eating so that nobody at all had dinner together. That's ridiculous. After waiting for 40 minutes, the waitress came back and said she would go back and make our food. are you doing sweat? there is not the cake to describe how bad an experience that was. don't waste time or money.
We have been looking for somewhere to eat the birthday of my sohnes, now we have decided to go with buffalo wild wings as they had the least amount of cars in their parking space during the peak time. (which should be from the beginning a red flag) we came with a party of 5 people who do not have an unusual amount of people for eating. we waited to sit for almost 10 minutes. who come to find out they had a sign to sit down themselves that another party was facing blockage. After we finally sat on a table that did not seem to be cleaned very well. I asked the waitress to clean the table and the sitting and she tried to tell me that she had cleaned him right now. well, it still looked dirty so please clean it was my answer again. after that she tells us to scan a QR code on the table with our phones to get the menu. I asked if this was the only one to order because we had some older people who are not tech-literate in our group. which was met with resistance by the personal to give us even physical menus. I just said that not everyone has a phone to do this or knows how to do it. it lasted at least 10 minutes until a waitress/waxsin could begin with our drink order. they continued to serve 2 more smaller groups that sat well after us before they asked us what we wanted to drink. as soon as we have placed our order for drinks, we waited somewhere between 10-20 minutes to bring our drinks. at this point I had to insist that we order because they bring us our drinks and leave us waiting for even longer to order food. our eating took at least 20 minutes to get to the table after ordering, which is probably normal for a table of our size. from 5 different meal times and an order of 30 chicken wings was the only food that was even close to being served hot, the wings. in that all had eaten in our group cold or eating just tasted terrible. I spent 130 dollars on our meal and didn't leave them for a time. that can be deceived by another. Well, I'm a more firm believer to tip well when it's deserved. I don't just type because it's expected. To summarize the experience here in this sad excuse of the restaurant, I would not recommend it to anyone, not even my worst host. (Side note: they had no real cutlery, they only had pre-packed plastic utensils that were given to us only because I asked for cutlery.

After 25 minutes ignorant sitting in the bar, it just went out. no manager was visible at all, but the one server in the bar area refused to mark down as he focused on flirting with the table of teenage girls and with his friends at another chat. event was between 12:15 12:45 5/24/2022; Bar area service refr had curly haare and a series of high school friends apparently from the school dining room in which more interest in business customers. absolutely venerable service. workers typically have an hour or a little more to lunch. they make one fall and go instead to the red robin next door. we sat immediately, the orderings instantly, drinks within a minute and our sandwiches within five. we have been constantly checked for everything we want, more pommes, beverage refills, etc. first-class. bww, you have failed at your job. Restaurants have to stop accusing the economy, the supply chain, brandon, high wage expectations, etc. if red robin can rock it, you can.
