Me and my 2 babies came here yesterday ordered a Steak Meal and Eggs, Bacon, Toast. Asked for Medium to Well-done when I cut my first piece of steak it was well done which was great for me being 37weeks pregnant then I carried on tipping gravy on it and eating then noticed it was really bleeding (the steak was raw) I ate around it and finished our meals. Lastnight I started getting real bad cramps thinking it was just the baby in me, this morning I woke up spewing and having diarrhea and have not eaten since. The rest of the food was so good apart from that. And the lady who served us had beautiful service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: NZ$40–50

Always love the food at sugarloaf. Recently they renovated and the table spacing kinda sucks. Please review your floor plan and organize your tables better with larger group tables e.g 6-8 people. Thanks Food: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Just had Mother's Day dinner here with my little family and my mum and really love the place. Atmosphere is very welcoming, warm and service was great. I ordered the Steak meal with fries and salad, can't go wrong with a greatly cooked steak. Had the deep fried wonton's, immaculate taste. Staff were so friendly.
