La Escuela - Panguipulli

It is one of the most affectionate, exquisite and surprising cuisines in southern Chile. It remains in Panguipulli and its letter is a pleasant surprise always. An adventure for the palate!!

Too expensive for what was consumed lunch a beautiful dish very smooth with three bits of meat plus a chilota potato cut in three more half cherry tomato would be the dish. a glass of wine plus a small cup of salad.

Very attentive to the customer, they offered good alternatives for dishes that were not available (about 4 pm, outside peak time). The main plate of trucha crocante was very good, with a good portion, but it felt very light given the ingredients. Heals mostly, and rich. The lemonade is very refreshing and at a perfect point of acidity.

You notice passion and affection for what you do; rich food, excellence in attention, comfortable and cozy, 100% recommended.

Excellent ratio price quality. First care. Very nice atmosphere.
