Vanilla Sky - Panglao

The food at this restaurant is outstanding and well worth the wait. We tried the deep fried caprese, mixed salad, Diavola pizza, and teriyaki beef, and enjoyed every bite. It could be that we were just happy to have a change from the rice fields where we've been stuck for the past 10 days. The service was excellent and the wine complemented our meal perfectly. The restaurant is located next to the pool in the lobby of the Vanilla Sky Hotel.
