The place is certainly very characteristic. We stopped for a break on our way to Death Valley. We ate at the buffet, both sweet and savory meals. The only negative note is the very low air conditioning. We entered in a sweat given the heat outside, and inside the room the air was really too cold. Literally in the middle of nowhere. Honest fresh dishes. Simple recipes but well prepared. Recommended to eat well in Death Valley for a normal price! Dietary restrictions: Lactose free was no problem at all. The dishes on the menu are converted to lactose-free. In our case, the baked salmon.
