Recent facility sale has resulted in reduced food quality and value, elimination of nightly specials, higher prices, and unimpressive menu options.The new fried chicken is cheap cuts made to appear resort worthy but hardly worth $28 irrespective of mashed potatoes andgreen beans. Dessert chocolate torte priced at $12 no longer served with ice cream can't begin to approach the great layeredcake from July 2022. Earlier in the week I tolerated a poorly prepared Flatbread at Flip Flops giving new management thebenefit of the doubt because I sure appreciate Catherine, Kerry, Mike, and the waterside crew. But tonight's meh performanceat high prices has me off of Jan Cooley and back eating on Thomas Drive. Bad start, Bayside... non competitive, unimaginative, poorly executed, and weak offerings at excessive expense.
Ordered the mahi mahi but when it came out it was salmon????. Figured I would make the best of it since I love salmon. This might as well of been called salmon jerky. It was sooo tough and dry. Worst salmon I?ve ever had. Decided to get dessert since Icouldn?t eat my salmon jerky and much to my disappointment the ice cream was covered in a layer of freezer burn. Thought aboutbringing this up to attention of manager but overhead from table next to me they were having lots of issues with there meal aswell and it was just prolonging there experience. Decided to just pay bill and leave. Salmon and ice cream issues are easy tofix guys?.come on! Don?t serve junk and make sure you get orders right.
We are saying at the resort and decided to eat at Tides!!! Great service from Scott!! Great food from the kitchen!!! We had the BBQ rub salmon from the prefix menu!!! You get a Caesar salad, main entree and desert!! Everything was amazing!!!
The service was very bad and the waiter was clueless of the menu. We were the only table that our server had so there was no reason for the service to be so bad. I had to go to the bar just to get a refill on my drink. Just as i thought it couldn?t getany worse my food came out. For all of the many diner options in the area i would not recommend coming here if you want areasonable tasty meal. For the price that is being paid, i would expect the total opposite of my experience here
Gross Gross Gross. The server area has hundreds of fruit flies dead on the ceiling. roaches everywhere. every back area is nasty with what looks like years of gross buildup in every corner. nothing labeled or covered. the batter sits there with no cover onthe bottom shelf, everything above drips into it. Cresent cannot be trusted to run anything. 20 managers walk that area everydayand are BLIND to fixing anything! They pay the servers below minimum wage then bring them in for 1 hour or more to set up thebuffet instead of hiring a properly paid person. (Thats illigal) thats why your buffet is gross and never kept up. that's whyyour tables and glassware and silverware are gross. They don't polish. they don't clean. the dish pit is Gross!! they neverchange the water. every tea urn and coffee urn has slime inside them cause they don't properly clean anything. The beer coolersare all broke full of the worst smelling hot beer imaginable. they are happy sending us into those coolers despite the smell tograb all those amazing old nasty beverages you are being served. The employees are dead inside. The Managers are full of pride.The Fall is inevitable.
