Pizza Hut - Panama City

Very disappointed in our delivery last night. Ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks. When the order arrived both the boxes and the pizza were ice cold, as if it had just came out of refrigerator. When the delivery driver came back to deliver the remake, he was quite rude and snarky. Over all experience is the worst I have ever had with this location.

This place is BS! I ordered a pizza online for delivery and the girl delivered it to the wrong house. I came into the office to ask what happened and the guy at the front desk said it was delivered to my house After about 15 mins of arguing he offered me half my money back. I told him no. I would like my food. He refused until the girl whom supposedly delivered it walked in and said Oops. I delirious to the wrong place. They finally agreed to remake my order. No apology! no refund! I will never visit another Pizza Hut again!! I just hope I have to wait on them someday.

BBQ Pizza is amazing. And the handsome young man giving me the Pizza was so pleasant.

Ordered 12/17/23 on line due to the only person working was one person which if I had known would not of ordered. Ordered the worst pizza I’ve ever bought which was supposed to be an Hawaiian with extra sauce. Waited in parking lot 50 minutes to drive home some type of bacon ham pizza which had an awful taste. Plan on returning tomorrow. Hopefully manager owner will be present. I’ll invite them to either refund or best is eat this pizza which there store made. Don’t Go There!!!! As you can see this is not an Hawaiian pizza.

We love our local Pizza Hut! The food was fresh and HOT! Just like we like it! They are all so friendly!
