Firehouse Subs Callaway - Panama City

Strange weird vibe going on in that place. I've been twice. Going in there is really uncomfortable. Last time I honestly started to turn around and walk out. They forgot my soup. Had a hard time calling about it as I think they kept hanging up on me? Maybe the phone was doing something? Don't know. They can keep my soup as I really don't want to go back in there. I'll find a different firehouse subs.

Went to Firehouse cause I was starving! And wanted a big ole steak n cheese. Man was I in for it. I ordered a large (like I have before), and this thing was ridiculous! I literally couldn't fit the meat back in the sandwich! Best steak n cheese I had in some time too. This ended up making 2 meals

Fast, precise service at peak meal...very delicious subs with fresh products...!

The menu is tiny, and it is expensive for the quality of food. The soup was fabulous, but the wedge salad was very dry. The service was decent.

I was very disappointed with my experience. My wife ordered a salad, and to our dismay, the core was placed right on top of it. I called to inform the manager, whose name starts with a 'T', and I had to ask for her twice because the person who answered the phone didn’t seem to grasp the situation or her name. When the manager finally got on the line, she merely stated that the salad comes prepackaged. I pointed out that it was still improperly served, but it felt like they were dismissing my concern entirely. This kind of service makes it hard to justify paying fast food workers $15 an hour when they don’t demonstrate basic managerial common sense. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, I could hear crew members laughing in the background while she spoke to me.
