Service was subpar as the wait to order with no line in the drive-thru was over 5 minutes initially then after the order is complete, we roll to the window and are advised there is no order in the system and we would need to enter the lobby to order. Understanding of technical issues, we entered and were greeted by staff members making vague derogatory comments about white people and took over 30 minutes after entering the lobby to receive our food. After thanking the staff and leaving the lobby, they began to visibly mock and poke fun. The order ended up missing items, and overall, it was the worst BK. Will not return, would not recommend.

I got a Sausage egg, and cheese croissant, and there was no Sausage on it.
They were out of whoppers but staff managed to keep me
