Przekaż informację zwrotnąEating is not the only reason I'm going to an Arby's over most places. The staff was fast and polite. The only something wrong I could say is that the chocolate mint shake needs more mint. This is the company's fault.
Just left there just to get home and i spent $18.14 there only to get my 3tenders fresh. i had a fish and roast beef sandwich and fries. wasn?t fresh taste old like it?s been sitting all day. i just tried to call the store to inform them and no answer. i will be calling again and by far the worst arby?s i ever been too.
So good the fries even needed a cigarette afterwards.
Had lunch via drive thru Thursday, friendly service but it was really slow- but the woman informed me while I paid that it?s made fresh and would be awhile, had to pull up past the window and wait- I didn?t mind. Everything was wonderful, warm and tasty.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Had to call Corporate Arbys and tell them they were doing 1 order at a time! Took me 45 minutes to pick up a call ahead order. Drive thru speaker not working, each vehicle pulls up to 1 window orders and waits till its done. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Saw at e least 6 or 7 cars drive off before ordering. If I hadn't already ordered it would have been 8! Do better Arbys!
