I ordered through the app and they called me and said their toaster was down and they were out of the meat I ordered so I asked if they could refund it and they said no you have to do it through the app, but guess what no where on the app was a refund or cancel button so I’m telling him this and he gets an attitude saying he doesn’t know and he can’t refund horrible service greasy black haired dude shouldn’t have a customer service job if he doesn’t have any customer service
Ordered Online. They cancelled my order, unplugged their phone, and made it to where the store couldn't take to-go's online. BUT my roommate drove up there to make sure if was because they weren't actually open or if they did it so they didn't have to work.....they didn't so they didn't have to work. They were in the store I spoke with them on speaker. One of the worst Subways EVER!!!! They were already on their last leg with me. I have had multiple bad experiences with them. I have tried to chop it up and forgive....NEVER AGAIN. I Don't have that problem with any other Subway. CALLAWAY Subway SUCKS!!!! Sorry Not Sorry
