Ihop - Panama City Beach

The food was tasty, but the service was unexpectedly slow given the small number of customers at the restaurant.

Do not order delivery from the ihop app the driver does not get the tips

Came in on a Sunday morning at 10:25am. I just wanted a seat for myself. 2 couples were allowed ahead of me that came in after me. Once I was seated roughly 10 minutes after arrival the server wouldn't allow me to order my food to eat in but in a togo box. Instead she scoffed at me and told me if I wanted togo food to get back to the front desk. I wanted to eat in and enjoy a meal alone, not take my food togo but I didn't want to be treated poorly. So I did leave the booth and return to the front desk to order my food which was only 1 strawberry cream biscuit. This order took roughly 20 minutes. The servers name was Ashley. Dark black, long hair. I don't know if she treated me as such due to being 38 weeks pregnant or thinking I wouldn't tip her but I hate that I'm not comfortable coming back now because of her.

The food at this restaurant was awful. The sausage was terrible, I could only manage half a bite. The crepes had no cheese and did not look like the picture. They had no taste. The only decent thing was the hash browns. The omelette was full of gritty meat and hash browns. Even the pancakes tasted burnt. The hamburger was overcooked, the bacon was like a crisp. The fries were old. The macaroni was old and served in a very small portion. The hot chocolate tasted like old sugar. Everything was old and cold. This IHOP experience was terrible. I will never come back.

The food was good but they were taking around 20-30 minutes to serve the order. Except that everything was fine. I'm in love with their Hot Chocolate ?
