Burger King - Panama City Beach

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor! The staff was very rude, making jokes about our order as we went through the drive-thru. When we reached the pick-up window, they told us not to grab the food from their hand. I was very disappointed with the service and won't be returning. My daughter, who is new to driving, had to deal with this unpleasant experience. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

During my visit to Panama, my daughter and I stopped by Burger King before heading home. The lady at the drive-thru was incredibly rude when we ordered 3 biscuits. She made a comment that we must be hungry, which my daughter took as an implication that she was overweight. We had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru, even though there wasn't a line. The overall experience was terrible and I usually don't leave negative reviews.

I ordered a Whopper with added bacon, which normally costs $7 after tax. Today, I ended up spending $9 after tax for the bacon version. Unfortunately, I received three pieces of really low-quality bacon. It felt like I paid extra for bacon, but barely got any. I was really disappointed with the lack of bacon in my meal. Just a sad experience overall.

Say what you will but actual sliced onion, lettuce, tomato, and mayo you can see (not just the suggestion of it) makes it.

Hah........ I recon the staff was friendly enough. But the service is pitiful. Cold hamburger. Bread cold and crumbly. Patty as thin as a wafer. The drink machine was out of 80% of their stock. A whopper combo and 1 whopper sandwich, $28.00. pitiful. Fries were Luke warm so there's your stars. Was 2 people eating when we arrived so isn't like they didn't have time to get some quality done.Dietary restrictions: If you are wanting to lose weight, this is the place. You definitely won't finish your meal.
