Golden Unicorn - Panama

Excellent food and service! I will surely revisit this restaurant whenever I return to Panama.

I ordered the shrimp in soy sauce and recover a plate full of onions and 5 shrimp. The sauce was very good but do not order this plate unless you are hoping to eat onions for dinner.

Most Chinese people would be embarrassed by the quality of the food here. But I can see that plenty of local customers apparently still enjoy their food . I guess they don't know what good Chinese dim sum is supposed to be like at all. Even fool-proof dishes like ribs in blackbean sauces does not come out right. It is a very sad meal for us; quite possibly the worst dim sum I ever had, anywhere in or out of Asia.

The employee in charge of the restaurant showed very poor customer service skills. Recommend better training to serve or to attend customers inquiries or needs.

Walk around food carts. Pick out your pleasure and they heat up if needed. Don’t rush because there are like 100 choices and 6-8 difference carts. BUT dinged 1 star because my girlfriend, who is from Panama asked about an item 4 times and was finally told they don’t have it after saying yes they do. Buy otherwise great Brunch on Sunday. Good food.
