We visited Reserva Natural Atitlan during our 3 day stay in Pana. It's about a 10 minute tuktuk ride from the main part of town and only costs 10Q per person. They helped us call tuktuks for the ride back, which was very nice. I had previously made a reservation 8 people to do the ziplines. Check-in was easy and everyone had a blast. It's 400Q per person for the ultra extreme zip line and that includes access to all parts of the space. It's like 80Q I believe for access to the reserve, which is a steal. 5 of us ended up doing the nature hike and it was excellent. Entrance also includes their butterfly dome, which was really cool. You can also hike down to the beach and get an extremely beautiful view of the lake.
Nice destination for an afternoon. I would recommend to bring some bananas for the coatis They will quickly surround you instead of hiding in the trees. The way to the lake is a bit long but (in my opinion) worth it.
Very nice places on Lake Atitlan, in the Panajachel area. Worth a visit. Admission is very cheap. While walking in the reserve, you can meet monkeys and coats. I recommend!
Did the ultra xtremos zip line which was a lot of fun. Gorgeous views of lake atitlan from amazing vantage points. You have 2 experienced guides with you the whole time. Involves a bit of moderate hiking ~25 min. Would recommend to do at least once
