We brought friends to this old mill that is adjacent to the PAMPROUX River, a beautiful place, and a beautiful guest room. So nice surprise. very good reception of the owner(humour and kindness). Then a very good service, good table tracking. the menu at 24, 90 euros, is copied, and works well. We had a miller merlu (from the potinière, oleron's hee) of great freshness, and taste like never, because accompanied by a potato chipper of the garden (a feast, and then we must mention the grilled meat plate, (PARTHENAISE), and duck needles (very, very good). To finish a nice dessert, (the country's yellow cherry in gratin, vanilla ice climbing on Italian)A beautiful evening in this restaurant, or it's useful to book, because it's full on. beautiful discovery of our countryside and terroirs.

On the occasion of the fathers' feast, my wife invited us with my daughter in this charming little place lost by the river. the reception was really perfect and the meal was very good with fresh products, either from local producers or from the garden itself of the chef. 2 small flats: a somewhat long service due to the complete restaurant (mandatory reservation) and a wine map a little just in particular with regard to the half bottles and wines with glass. However, I strongly recommend this restaurant where you can eat very well whatever its budget.

We really enjoyed our lunch here on a gorgeous afternoon. Sitting by the pond surrounded by arum lillies the food was gorgeous and the staff amazingly helpful. We decided to have the menu of the day but the entrees all contained meat. The waitress checked with the chef and they allowed us to have a lovely goats cheese filo pastry entree instead. The fish main course was excellent. We followed the meal with coffee. All in all a delectable experience which we are so fortunate to find in rural France.
