Neptun Winter Home Pamporovo

Enjoyed our visit to Neptune this time more than the previous time, we were given a better table. The service was slightly less “friendly” than on the ski resort itself, but the waiter warmed up to us eventuallyhe got there in the end! The food was all really good, however my steak which should have been medium/well was well/well so I missed out a bit. The other starters and the mains were all really good, we had the calamari starter it was huge, the garlic bread, the Brie pastry for starters and the pork steak and lamb chopsall very good! House red wine was mediocre, and it’s a shame they don’t let you taste test and pick your wine especially in the absence of a wine list. As always we enjoyed the ambience and the live music!!

The best place to eat in Pamporovo. Really good service, suave atmosphere and incredible food. It’s not the cheapest place on the mountain but still very affordable compared to UK prices. We enjoyed our meal so much that we booked again for the next night when the bill arrived. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Excellent food but only 3 stars as the real menu is different from the one posted on their site (prices around 50% higher), no beverage menu and now cocktails available. for a 5 stars hotel restaurants is a big minus. Still they offer free shuttle and staff is friendly.

It was a good, good staff, but a huge minus is there's no menu with cocktails and alcohol. You should always call the waiter and ask what the price is. It's not worth it!
