We went to family lunch; two lovers of red meat and a third that does not like red meat. The amateurs took the tin and enjoyed themselves and a Caesar salad excellent for the third person. The desserts are delicious. Everyone enjoyed a great service. Thanks to the whole team for welcoming and respecting the customer. We'll be back soon.
The meal was reserved for 14 people at 8:30. When ordering the menu at 25euro, many dishes were no longer available. The wait was long. Many salad accompanied the entrance and main dish which was in reduced quantity. But the summum happened to the payment when the cashing waitress announced that there was a missing settlement while each of the guests had paid their share. After a waiting moment, she renewed her request for payment. The group of friends a little bit surprised and very kindly advised the waitress to check his case. She repeated that there was no payment. A young man came to the counter and asked the group to pay, each one replied that he paid, then said to share the share that was missing by the number of guests and thus to pay about 4 euro more. The organizing friend opposed it and asked to see the manager The manager came and said he was missing a part. The organizer found where the error came from, the waitress had not counted the total amount paid but the number of people who had paid and had not taken into account that a couple had settled for two people. All these discussions in front of other customers. Not an excuse, the only explanation, the waitress is an apprentice. After a pleasant welcome we waited long before we came to take our order. My companion's salad was all blurred with big stems. After informing the server no commercial action has been taken. for dessert an even longer waiting. At the time of making the payment I did not have a request for my loyalty card although the bill raised to more than 90€. We will no longer put our feet in this establishment.
