This place was pretty good years ago but slowly it turned into the worse place you could go. The service here is absolutely horrible, we one time waited about an minutes for the first course when there was only another table busy in...the whole restaurant. When we asked the waiter what's going on he honestly replied I DON'T CARE! so we said that we will leave and he said again that he doesn't even care. We were shocked and asked to speak to management which was not available. Extremely rude, long waiting times and poor quality food.

We eat in the Restaurant “Perla Paltinisului” on 15th of August 2017, but did not sleep at the hotel. Paltinis is a mountain resort near SibiuIt is a restaurant with Romanian dishes. You can stay outside on the terrace or inside. From the terrace is a very beautiful view, you can see the fir forests around. I take Trout fillet in the corn Flakes crust with basil sauce. It was tasty.My husband takes Transylvanian “tochitura” (pan-fried cubed pork, egg and cheese, served with “mămăligă” (polenta). “Tochitura” was no so tasty (has a lot of ” mamaliga” and only one kind of meat, normally must have many kinds of meat) .The waiter was kind, we were served fast, even if it was a day with many people in the restaurant. In the desert they did not have the 2 required products: “papanasi “ and cheesecake, although it was a holiday day (St. Mary)
Too many places for the restaurant. In a sunny august day, 1/3 of the places occupied, the personell was overwellmed, the waither was nervous and impolite ant the time of bringing the food quite long.
