The food was great as always except you forgot my drink in my to-go order!

Great bar food, nice atmosphere. This is not the Ritz Carlton, it's more the 4 Seasons Total Landscaping, but a fully stocked bar and piles of pulled pork hit the spot!

Met friends for lunch, after reading reviews and checking out website we were excited to try the food. Left disappointed, the brisket was cut very thin and over cooked. We ordered the same time our friends did and were almost finished eating when their meal arrived.

Your hobby nachos and pork tacos were top notch. Good service all the way to how they packed the food.

I always like to come to Palouse Caboose. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. Try the BBQ everything. The perpetrators are also great.
