Update: I tried the contact page, only to find out it is a dead end. Thank Starbucks shows how you really care about customers and their concerns.I ordered on the mobile app today… my food was to be ready at 8:38 am. I went in at that time and it wasn’t ready. So there was a guy that was making food without any gloves on. Gosh, I hope he washed his hands. My sandwich was last. I wasn’t standing by counter, not even greeted at this location.. and waiting 10 minutes more. I’m starting to dislike Starbucks and their stupid app that is supposed to make things run smoothly. This location didn’t have nice employees with well manners. The atmosphere is like every other Starbucks. The sandwich was okay. Just really hoping that the guy washed his hands before preparing all of that food this morning.Parking: Have to watch out for the people in the drive thru.. I’ve seen 2 customers almost getting hit because of how crazy people leave. There are no crosswalks to get to the entrance and only one entrance clustered with their outdoor patio.
Went to this Starbuck on 3/2/24 after going to another one with bad service. This wasn't much better. A little faster but my drink was wrong. Got a trenta green tea lemonade and it tasted like water. My husband tasted it and said it taste like water. And he doesn't even like green tea.
No one even acknowledged me.when they did they pointed to my order like I was bothering them.
The woman that took care of me, charge me the wrong amount of money. She was supposed to put so much in cash and so much on my debit card. She charged me the wrong amount of money. I tried to call there 10 times. Nobody answers the phone. Very disappointing. Every time I called they’re gonna hang up on you very very disappointedParking: Would not recommend
