Maria Guesthouse Restaurant - Palolem

Stayed at the guest house for four nights as our other hotel was booked for those nights I must say the rooms were brilliant freshly painted with a brand new toilet shower fully tiled with a shower that makes you feel so clean after air con is silent as is the fan but the best it the huge bed with a 12inch soft mattress pure bliss The restaurant is run by young gentleman who knows his job inside out, always happy to talk to you and making everyone welcome the food is a real treat some very good continental food as well really enjoyed mu time there thanks guys

Visited here twice whilst in Palolem. Had only coffee the first and then coffee and breakfast the 2nd. Coffee excellent on both visits. The set breakfast was amazing and also the musli with fruit and curd. Also great service. Would definitely recommend

This restaurant is in a good location it's quite clean and tidy, the staff are quite helpful and alert. Always have breakfast there and the food is quite good and priced reasonably.Food is served on clean cutlery and ambience is quite good. Recommend this place to anyone.

Stay here from 4 December for 4 nights. excellent, the room is simple, but clean and had air cone. it was excellent. the owner jay and his personal were very helpful. do not hesitate to recommend and return

During my stay at Maria Guesthouse, I frequently passed through the restaurant, which had a small menu displayed on a clipboard with laminated paper. While the menu itself was not extensive, there were other dishes showcased above the bar area. However, prices were not listed on the menu, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was lacking as the waiter seemed more focused on chatting with some of the female patrons rather than attending to customers. After a long wait, I finally placed my order and was pleased with the delicious and reasonably priced food. It was disappointing that the service was subpar due to the actions of one employee who prioritized socializing over serving customers efficiently.
