Great beer, awesome staff. Tried all of their amazing brews and was super happy can't wait to go back.

I really wanted to like this microbrewery. My first experience was not great. I really liked the carnitas on the taco salad. My husband ordered 2 pints of beer. Both came very cloudy with yeast floating in it. When he asked about it, he was told they were moving the casks around and it didn 't affect the taste. As a 30 year home brewer, he was shocked. Think they would move kegs when they could sit and settle not on a Friday night when you would think it is their busiest night. I ordered a glass of wine. It was disgusting. It tasted like vinegar. When we told this to the waitress, she told us that she had a lot of people say it tasted like vinegar, but they keep it on the menu because some people like it. For a brewery who should be concerned with the quality and presentation of their drinks, they seem to be clueless. I will not be back. My husband wants to give them another chance. Hope it will be better. I will not be there.

Beer Great! Don't order the food. They like the microwave. We ordered the 3 tacos. Tacos good there was token of rice and beans. The rice was crunchy because they nuked the rice too long: my husband ordered the Kobe hamburger was cold and sent it back and declined anything else. They need to get their food better.

I ordered a flight to try out different beers, but they were out of small glasses. This meant I had to wait while my burger was being prepared. After a half-hour wait, my burger finally arrived, and it was delicious—but I still hadn't gotten my beer. The server, who was very friendly, offered to get me something to drink while waiting for clean glasses, but then she forgot. Finally, almost 45 minutes after placing my order, my beer arrived. By that point, it felt anticlimactic and the beers were just average. I'm hoping this was just an off night, and if I'm in Palo Cedro again, I’ll give it another try. However, I was quite disappointed.
