Yucca De Lac - Palo Alto

My husband, daughter, and I went to this restaurant for lunch and we were blown away by how amazing it was! We sampled a variety of dishes and everything was delicious. My personal favorite was the Dan Dan Noodles, which are hard to find but were absolutely fantastic. Even my picky eater daughter enjoyed her Bok Choy and Chicken Egg Rolls, along with Chrysanthemum Tea. My husband raved about the Fried Tofu, Shrimp Avocado Rolls, Deep Fried Wontons, and especially the Pineapple Coconut Rice with won ton strips and chicken. We all loved it and would highly recommend this place to others. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We arrived for our reservation at 6:45 and the host stated our reservation was for 12:30pm. Even after I showed him my opentable reservation confirmation, he said it is not in his system at 7pm. His reaction to the confusion was not handled well and he made our party feel very uncomfortable even when there were empty tables both inside and outside the restaurant. Once we were finally seated, the server was very nice.

Yucca are Lac is a fantastic restaurant for lunch. The staff is attentive but not so much so that you can’t have a nice conversation. Every dish I’ve had is very fresh and tasty. I’m picky with Asian food and Yucca is excellent. This is my new favorite place.

Yucca is a fantastic place to eat. The food is excellent and the staff is very good. There are enough choices for all to be more than satisfied. I enjoy eating there and they let you linger for as long as you like.
