True Food Kitchen Palo Alto

The food was very plain, no flavour, no taste. Service is slow. Not coming back.

When I made the reservation, I specifically said we were celebrating my mother’s 92nd birthday. Unfortunately, this information was not communicated to our waitress, which disrupted the surprise of singing “Happy Birthday”.

Very nice server. Good food but their lasagna recipe changed.

Very good service, food quality was very good and huge dining space. Loved it.

As a regular here, consistently experienced sub-par services in our recent visits. No one greeted us after sitting down for 10 minutes. A few servers walked by and gave us friendly smiles, but no one stopped to offer us water or take our drink order. A wrong dish was brought to us, and sent back. Then a 2nd waiter came out with the exact same wrong dish…. Food is still very good, and impressed by the new summer menu. Will continue to come back to explore the new items on the summer menu, but really hope the services can be improved, especially with new staffs.
