I attempted to visit this restaurant during my lunch break today. Despite the empty establishment, I asked for outdoor seating in the shade. However, the waiter refused my request and attempted to seat me in the sun. Frustrated, I decided to sit inside to avoid further inconvenience. Unfortunately, the rude behavior of the waiter, who appeared to be the only staff member present, soured my experience. I left the restaurant within 3 minutes of arriving, without even looking at the menu. This incident occurred on April 17th, 2024, at around 11:15 am. The waiter/manager should be ashamed of their behavior, as they could have easily accommodated my simple request, especially considering I was the only patron at the time. Their lack of customer service skills is detrimental to the success of the business, as I was prepared to spend $50 on lunch that day.
