Mcdonald's - PALMYRA

The hours posted on their door for both the car break and dining room do not accurately reflect their actual operating times. While it's understandable that they may be understaffed, it can be frustrating for customers when false hours are advertised. It's better to update them and avoid the hassle.

The delivery staff was incredibly polite and accommodating! I was through the line in no time at all. Thank you! Keep it up!

On September 11th, I ordered a fish sandwich that was cold and had a texture similar to gum, along with a cold order of French fries and a sweet iced tea. During my previous visit, all four burgers were prepared incorrectly. I ended up giving two of them to my dog and throwing out the other two. It seems that due to a recent increase in salaries, the food quality has really suffered.

I've always got nuggets and it seems like they have much thinner the fries are the same wise? I'm not getting nuggets here anymore.

The restaurant staff were horribly rude. We had a big group about 100 ish people give or take come in since it was a field trip kind of thing. We had called ahead many days before to let them know, but I'm sure they could not get the staff. Which is reasonable, especially nowadays, but that doesn't excuse the workers to be nothing BUT rude. I believe that there is a difference between being stressed and completely and utter rudeness, and the employee I think his name was Brad had a huge bone to pick with everyone. He specifically asked to take my order and then was insanely rude to me, not only through his tone and words, but through his body language. The food was great however since it was all being made fresh, but I am still a bit annoyed with how we were treated as a group. The restaurant was well put together and the menu was very easy to read. Overall great restaurant feel, but horrible attitude when it came to the staff.
