I love coming here, but don't miss waiting in line for over 15 minutes to get a hot coffee

The staff here is quite unprofessional and unhelpful, and they won't even give you your change. There are several other coffee shops nearby that are worth trying. I know I will!

I got a large iced coffee here this morning. The girl who greeted me was amazing. She had a white polo on and had the best attitude ever. She made me feel like I was back home in New England again. The stuff is always fresh and the coffee is to die for. You need to consider giving that girl a pat on the back or even a raise. It was around 9:10 when I left the store. I'll go back there again because of her!!

I would give this place zero stars if it were an option. It’s frustrating enough to go out of my way for a coffee before work, only to find the drive-thru line wrapped around the building. It’s even more disappointing when you finally get to the front and your order is wrong. I've lost track of how much money I've wasted here due to incorrect orders. One time, I specifically asked for a large hot caramel macchiato and ended up with just a large cup of hot milk. I will no longer be coming back to this location.

This place seems to take an eternity. It feels more like a social gathering for the staff than a professional workspace. I waited 10 minutes just for an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich.
