Przekaż informację zwrotnąLast night, we ordered some burgers from BWA using their online ordering system. We have been enjoying BWA burgers for years, but this was our first time ordering online. When we picked up our order and brought it home, we realized that my daughter's burger was not as expected - she wanted a burger without sauce, but it came with sauce. I was really impressed that when I called to inform BWA about the issue, they immediately offered to prepare a new burger and deliver it to us. The service was amazing, thank you BWA! Additionally, the burgers and chips were fantastic.
Don't bother visiting this restaurant. Despite the COVID lockdown restrictions allowing for indoor dining with sufficient space, I was not allowed to sit inside when there were no other customers present. Instead, I was only permitted to sit outside in the cold, which I did not want to do. The female chef, who may also be the owner, had a poor attitude and told me that I would only hear the answer I wanted. It was disappointing to experience such lack of customer service, especially when I had been looking forward to trying their burgers. After driving 20 minutes to get there, I won't be returning. Their burgers may have attitude, but it seems like their service has a bad attitude instead.
A good but still average burger, bit better the fries which I found. Must say service was prompt and efficient
Have always wanted to try Burgers with Attitude and the food didn't disappoint. The actually restaurant itself was a little on the run down side but overall the experience waa good.
Waited 45 min for 2 (American cheese) burgers. The beef was cooked/burnt (photo 3 for the burnt side) so hard that it couldnt possibly have been cooked anylonger, “gravy” disgusting only tastes of flour and have almost the same color. Fries dry and tasted very old. See background on photo the black stick is ‘the fried onion’. At least service has improved, very sweet staff.
