A great bakery but the staff on saturday morning really need some serious training in customer service and the meaning of extra hot coffee. Make sure you clearly state your order or you will get something different.

The staff are excellent considering the high volume of foot traffic they serve each day. Every time we go, we're met with a smile, and kind service. Parking in front of the bakery is a must for me, and it's always a game of luck whether there is a spot available. I'm usually quite lucky! The choice of food and beverages is quite good, and each time we visit, if we can't get our first choice, we're able to select from a variety of other offerings. The availability of hot foods however is usually disappointing. They know they will be busy, yet never have enough hot food to cover opening times. The idea that they want your custom but can't serve you is a concept I will never accept. Hence the 3 stars out of 5.

I want to say a huge thanks to Palmwoods Bakery ! I rang and ordered a birthday cake over the phone with special requests for my daughter’s 16 th birthday and the cake was amazing. Picked it up today and it was so wonderful and tasted great. Thanks so much for your wonderful service!
