Burger King - Palmerston North

Was left standing at order counter for too long and ignored by staff. Then they got my order wrong. Also noticed 2 other customers had order issues just while we were there.

Worst B.K in New Zealand is Rangitikei street I just ordered through drive through my order come up too $39-60 for a normal cheese burger combo and a whopper combo and a just a normal chicken burger yous are by far the worst and rip offs here in Palmerston North when my order was a double whopper combo a double bbq bacon cheese burger combo and a double chicken on in its own and yous charge me $39.60 for the wrong order yet it was disgusting yous are lucky I’m in a wheelchair or I would come down and really exploit your guys poor service.this is by far the worst service and Burger King business here in New Zealand. It’s a BIG ZERO FOR ME.

Second time going to this place, yet again i am very upset poor drive through customer service, stuff are rude lazy..waited 10mins for nuggets burger chips, burger was squashed as if someone had sat on it, the food was terrible, the burger tasted as if the grill hadn't been cleaned i was fuming by the time igot home, food went straight in the bin. I recommed this place be shut down!!!
