The staff was friendly and answered questions by the drive-thru. Very fast service.

Wish they would fix the drop on the sidewalk. The lines are always very long and the foods okay. Usually get burnt food.

I?ll constantly say liquid sugar and they almost always forget sugar, why would I want my iced coffee with no sugar

Very disappointed that you didn?t offer sweet Low anymore. But didn?t tell me till I was at the window to take my order. Other DD have it. Should?ve told be when I ordered not after.

Any Dunkin's lately is lacking for freshness as donuts always taste a day old and service is bad. They really don't listen so why ask what can I get you if I say coffee with 2 creams and 1 sugar why do I get it light and a ton of sugar making itundrinkable and my money wasted. I try not to go to Dunkin if I can go somewhere else even a gas station where I can make itmyself the way I want.
