Starbucks - Palmdale

I don't visit frequently, but the staff was incredibly helpful to someone like me who isn't familiar with the terminology.

I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso with caramel drizzle, but they forgot the caramel and my cup was only half full. When I brought this up, the employee was very unhelpful and had a bad attitude. I won't be returning; I feel like I was scammed.

They forgot to put the little stick/plug in the top of my drink and when it was passed to me through the window, my hot drink splashed on my clothes. However, my drink was made perfectly.

The coffee is overpriced and honestly makes my stomach turn just thinking about getting Starbucks. On the bright side, I absolutely love their oatmeal and cake pops; those are really good!

My favorite location! Baristas always get our orders correct and made deliciously!
