We took 2 spritzer orange, I was a bit desapointed with the orange dressing on the side of the glass, but was good. Then we took some nachos, so, if you 're expecting some real cheesy nachos, you 'll miss, it 's a liquid cheese, original but too salty for me. For the main we were served 3 small burgers, 1 with meat, 1 with fish and 1 vege. For the meat I was really disappointed, the forgot the cheese.. And the meat was really small for the bun.. The salmon one was alright, to much fat, but good. And for the vegi.. I took the Vegan bean burger, on the menu they says beans burger, with salad, pink mayonnaise, chips beetroot and for the rest I don 't remember, but the fact was that I had some Mayo, regular mayo, I don 't even know if it was really Vegan.. They forgot the beetroot. I was really really desapointed by the last one. And for the desert it was apple pie, I found it a bit row.. Maybe it was the Spanish touch. For 2x3 small burgers, 1x2 regular drink and a desert for 2 we paid about 25euros. I bit too expensive for the quality we had.. And for 2 spritzs and 1 portion of nachos 16euros! And at the beginning the waiter did a presentation of they brand... It was a bit weird.. I don 't really recommend this restaurant..
I found this place walking to Palma, I came in because I was impressed by the decor and the lights of the local, beautiful atmosphere. Their cuisine is very innovative, the idea of cooking sous-vide in the hamburguers is brilliant in my opinion. I tried the marinated duck breast 48h and my girlfriend the octopus cooked 8h. An explosion of flavors, texture and emotions. I highly recommend it! Thank you Perlita.
