I just wanted to add my vote for this wonderful group of food creators, thank you from the westernons!

We used weizen and fire for our high time and luck they were available for us to book a few months. it was great to work with chef tony and his help was invaluable. his passion for the cultivation and creation of his food is incapable and her presentation from the beginning to the day of our high time was everything we could hope. chef and his team are profis and artists and the food they create reflects this. I will say this experience could be wasted on some of the pizzas in close wise thinking. we were both in italia, so we appreciate how this menu for our guests americanized enough to enjoy and appreciate for us.

I recently attended a wedding rehearsal dinner where Wheat and Fire Catering provided the food. The pizza, although thin (which I usually like), was soggy, bland, and lacked flavor. The green salad was decent, but the pesto pasta salad was surprisingly tasteless for a dish typically bursting with flavor. The two servers seemed uninterested and stood unengaged, simply shooing away flies from the food on a table behind their catering truck. The presentation was lackluster, and the food itself was unappealing. Overall, the experience was a major disappointment, and many others in attendance shared this sentiment. It was an unfortunate dining experience.
