Rocco's Electric Red Room And Ice Cream Emporium

The restaurant was almost completely empty, except the outside area (where we were sitting and enjoyed) despite the view out, eating was a bit awkward around the firefighting house. our waiter seemed to be anxious, stumbled over his words a lot and could not answer any basic questions, what were biere on hahn (like a name? or style? , even after he went back to check with the cash. eating was in order, but nothing particularly unforgettable or exciting. we had a dish that was quite delicious, but most of the others (especially the vegetarian items were really bland and overpriced. in general we would not come back in a definite way. for a Saturday night it was a sleeping mood and less impressive on all the contens than we hoped.

We always want to be impressed by a new location, but that was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we have experienced lately. the service was so slow, the rührei had to be returned because they were cooked over. the carrots were cold and had to be sent back. we had to ask several times for catsup and icy. 20 minutes would be over without seeing a server.

Great hotel, formerly another great resteraunt, the ambiente is great, server nice but eating is a complete and complete dude.

Thid is a wonderful foundation in our neighbourship. the outside seats are beautiful and welcoming. there was a lot of variation in small plates, each a precious stone. we loved the Manchego cheese and the garnel. we want to go back. two minus: the outside of the pool distracts from the ambiente and the leaves against the back seat must be cut back. orlando was a great server, although it was wounded.

Tinto was in its last day of existence when we dined there, and the short timer attitude of the staff was painfully obvious. We were relegated to the few wines left in the bar unless we wanted to spring for a $140 Rioja despite being shown a full list on the menu. Though the dishes we ordered were very nicely presented, the punch of flavor we expected (from a previous visit) was a mere whisper. We are really sorry they were not the great restaurant we remembered, but if they had continued in this vein, we would not have returned. We wish the replacement business luck and will give them a fair trial when they open.
