Great service from Brenda and the other girl, and her beautiful mother and staff. As soon as I go into them, they recognize me with a welcoming voice, sound and bring some delicious curtido and salsa. The pupusas are so delicious, they are fresh, hot, not greasy as many other places, MANY different choices of pupusas and they are quite flexible they can also mix, they yucca, pastelitos, ALL their food flavor amazing. I moved here from Long Beach and I was looking for a restaurant like this that offers delicious and tasteful food. Thank you for your staff. Julio Diaz.

Truly outstanding. Have had papusas many times but these were exceptionally good. Wasn’t that hungry and we ordered another simply because it was too good to miss. Highly recommend to both locals, and those visiting Palm Springs like us. Get off the beaten path and enjoy this gem!

Leave the unpretentious, small environment away you. The food here is some of the best we found here in Palm Springs all week. We tried a sampler board and the homemade chips with a citizen who had the heart of palm, cucumber, onions, etc. with lime. So good, every bite was excellent.

Authentic, tasty and cheap describe our experience at El Salvador Cafe. My wife and I have tried a variety of pupusas along with half a pound of deep fried carnitas. Served with two hot, fresh and very thick corstortillas. Staff at El Salvador Cafe are very friendly and love sharing their stories of El Salvador. We really had a wonderful experience.
