It was SOOOO good. The roll was lightly toasted everything was FRESH. It's a big sandwich too! Don't judge a book by its cover.
Wow! I almost walked out and I'm so glad I didn't! Don't let the fact that it's in a gas station fool you, this unassuming deli was absolutely delicious! It was exactly what I was looking for in a picnic lunch for Joshua Tree NP. The sandwiches were so good. They had very fresh ingredients and the rolls were delicious and awesome. My husband and I liked the pesto on the sandwiches as opposed to only mayo as a fresh take on deli sandwiches, too. We were pleasantly surprised, I don't leave reviews very often but felt this place needed a great shout-out!
They were open late, and totally saved us by being open. Thanks because without you we would have been stranded!!
