Wingstop - Palm Harbor

If you like to get your food order for wrong, show up early for your order, only to get cold food, I highly recommend. I had to put the fries in the microwave just to eat them. Otherwise, I have made my one and only visit to Wingstop in Palm Harbor.

I have been in the new PH location several times since they opened. I enjoyed my order every time. The lemon pepper is my favorite rub and my order is always ready for pick up on time. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating nomatter what time of day or night. The restaurant itself is clean and neat with good parking. I love the specials too!!

As I waited in the dining area, the staff told me the total cost, and I explained that I had already paid. The woman seemed to debate with me about it, insisting that I hadn’t paid. Seriously? The manager was a bit snarky, assuring me that everything was fine. Yes, I get it, everything is fine, but I've worked in a restaurant for six years—I understand that mistakes happen and there’s no need to be rude about it. So, here I am, waiting for my wings, and 10 minutes later, I'm still empty-handed. *sigh*

Another issue that made me reconsider visiting this location was during the same visit when we planned to order to-go but decided to eat in instead. We ordered a family meal, and while we usually prefer water, we have a specific brand we like. We opted for water from the fountain, but when I asked for cups, I was told they don’t provide water cups.

I went there looking forward to a chicken sandwich. The staff was outstanding—very attentive and helpful—but it did take a while for my sandwich to arrive. I only had an hour for lunch and didn’t have enough time to finish my meal. The fries were EXCELLENT, possibly the best-flavored fries I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, the sandwich didn’t meet my expectations. While the buns were great and I appreciated the good flavor options and the pickles, the thin, greasy chicken patty just didn't work for me. I loved the atmosphere, the staff, the soda options, and the variety of flavors. I really wanted to enjoy the sandwich, but sadly, it fell short.
