Einstein Bros. Bagels - Palm Harbor

Every visit has been absolutely amazing! The service is incredibly quick, and the food is consistently cooked to perfection. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!

I had a frustrating experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered an iced coffee with ice on the side to keep it from getting watered down, but they only filled the cup one-third full and told me that was all they could provide. I paid nearly $5 for it! It feels like Einstein's is really taking advantage of its customers lately. I won't be returning; you've lost my trust. I also reached out to their corporate office but haven't heard back from them.

I had an excellent experience at the convenient express location inside the gas station. The place was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the dining area was comfortable. I'm definitely looking forward to returning for more bagels and coffee. Thank you!

Restaurants like this should really be called something like Einstein Bros Jr or Einstein Bros Express to better manage expectations. While their menu is somewhat limited, the food is quick, delicious, and always served with a warm smile.
