Ruth's Chris Steak House Palm Desert

It was a truly terrible experience. We waited over an hour to get our food. They kept coming back with excuses. The manager ended up Compean our meals, but it didn’t matter. We had such a bad taste in our mouth we could have walked out it was truly unlike any other high-end restaurant. I’ve never been to will not go back.

Great food. Steaks were done perfectly. All side and apps were top notch!

It was my Birthday Dinner..Your staff made it sooo special …Your staff was attentive and very professional… The steak and lobster was delicious,cooked to perfection…Colleen our server was the best …She helped make my day very nice…You rock Ruth Chris!

Great food and ambience wish drinks had a craft cube and not a cup full of ice . And we went for our anniversary dinner and had. Got sat in a brighter busier part of the restaurant when we felt we could have had. More of the darker ambiance feel! Over all was still doable!

It was so excellent. From the steak to the salad to the veggies to the “happy birthday” confetti on the table… it was a great evening.
