Le Donne Cucina - Palm Desert

The food quality was disappointing, reminiscent of a mall food court. I tried to overlook that but was distracted by the loud noise coming from the bar area, likely from the staff. The most significant issue, however, was with the owner, as I assume she was. There was a woman at the entrance welcoming guests and checking in on tables. As we were leaving, our paths crossed, and I offered her a smile, intending to compliment her restaurant. Instead, she glanced at my clothes and rudely muttered "excuse me" to walk past me. At that moment, I felt judged based on my appearance. I have no intention of returning. I've had much better experiences at other places with superior food, ambiance, and service. It’s truly disappointing and a waste of my time.

Nestled in a strip mall next to a newly opened Cowboy bar, there is a delightful Italian restaurant that feels like a culinary oasis. This hidden gem offers a wide array of delicious pasta, sauces, and a large menu filled with options to satisfy any palate. During our visit, we enjoyed a veal special and I opted for the fusilli with sausage. Our guests also chose the veal special and a shrimp pasta dish with truffles, and they couldn't stop raving about their meals. We're excited to return and sample more from the menu—I think we've just found our new favorite spot! The service was exceptional as well.

We've visited this restaurant twice this month and have thoroughly enjoyed our outdoor dining experience. The wine prices are reasonable, the service is lovely, and the food is great.

Excellent food, lots of choices, fair prices. Good, tasty, Italian food, no frills or innovative sauces, etc.

Lovely wait staff. Food came quickly. Pasta was cooked properly. Otherwise, this was the worst Italian food I’ve ever eaten. Bolognese was grey and looked like it had been through a food processor texture was…grainy? All four people in our party agreed it was not a good meal. I chose this place based on positive reviews and so I post here hoping I can spare someone else the same experience.
