Mcdonald's - Palm Coast

This McDonald's, located at 2 Old Kings Hwy in Palm Coast, had a real issue during my visit. On September 19, 2022, at 9:07 AM, I ordered a large ice cream pumpkin coffee. After finishing the drink, I discovered something at the bottom of the cup mixed in with the ice cream. This is completely unacceptable. Napkins don’t just accidentally end up in drink cups or appear out of nowhere. To the employee responsible for this, karma has a way of catching up with you!

The ordered breakfast is a big ice coffee on the 19th sep. at 0907 clock. finished coffee and discovered together with the ice was something that clearly did not belong; it was a serviette! absolutely disgusting and inviolable! serviettes do not fall randomly into drink cups, normatic materialize. pity on the man who did this! corporate notified, along with business manager.

Waited for over twenty minutes for a happy meal and a meal that she still made wrong together with other meals of the customer. was not busy, everyone had just waited so long. ketchup was empty and tried to ask some on the counter was a waste of time as I was ignored until I was abandoned and left.

Yesterday the staff was terrible. the young lady who freseses, did not fries any gloves that also treat the cash registration money, then back to treat food. I'm not going back. note that no serviettes in my pocket asked a young man behind the counter for some he told me to be busy giving me some. he was very rude. these people need some training.

I ordered a medium Quarter Pounder with cheese meal, which came with a Coke and a hot fudge sundae. The total came to $12.96. Is inflation really so bad that one person has to spend nearly $13 for a fast food lunch? The fries were great—hot and crispy—as was the sundae, despite it melting quickly in the heat. Unfortunately, the main item, the Quarter Pounder, was quite disappointing. It was incredibly salty and had a cardboard-like texture. Overall, I'm frustrated about spending $13 for lunch.
