Dunkin' - Palm Coast

This place is our go-to coffee shop! The staff really puts in a lot of effort, and it creates such a lively atmosphere. The service is fantastic, and the coffee is great. They also serve fresh breakfast and Baskin Robbins ice cream. Thank you! We’ve had a wonderful experience!

I'll give 5 stars to this place, even though I have to stop with you now. I come at least 3 times a week for coffee, although I have an express machine right at home; Being reason was always that I set this Cornbread Donuts my girl up, but now that you have taken the BEST most unique donut from your menu, I can no longer continue this relationship. HMU if you change your mind, but this is just one thing that I do not settle or compromise on the fact that you are always running out of blueberry glaze. I visited on a Sunday morning and found the drive-thru lined up with at least 10 cars. When I finally reached the order point, they informed me that the drive-thru card reader was down and that I needed to pay with the Dunkin' app or cash. I had neither, so I parked the car and went inside, where I was met with a long line as well. After a lengthy wait, I was able to order a small cup of coffee. Honestly, it wasn't worth all the hassle, but my wife was in the mood for coffee. I typically brew my own coffee at home, and I'll likely stick to that in the future.

I went to this Dunkin yesterday and today. While I empathize with the situation in florida, I do not empathize with bad service. Yesterday I went in the store, 10 customers in front of me. No problem. 35 minutes later I finally got to order. Before the untrained kid took my order, he first had to put his tips in the bag because they were overflowing from his great service . I finally order after watching him spill all the tips on the counter and pick them up. 4 coffees and a dozen donuts. Not hard. The decaf coffees were wrong. Oatmilk no sugar was too complicated for this staff apparently , as was ensuring the hot decaf was actually hot. The iced coffee faired no better. Today, I try the drive thru. 5 cars in front of me. 30 minute wait again. This time the coffee was made correct thankfully, and warm at least. But the girl at the window was rude and cold. No speaking. No thank you. Just silence. I smiled and told her to have a great day and she surprisingly quipped you too . I think I 'll try another location when visiting family in the area from now on. Pretty sure this location is a lost caused, and their good reviews are clearly written by the staff themselves.
