Pastaio Handmade Pasta Pizza Palm City

We enjoyed the meatballs with salad at the bar during happy hour as well as the pizza we took home. I did not care for anything else. The pasta was mushy with very little sauce. We have tried this restaurant three times. Each time the food was hit and miss. Each time the service was good.

Absolutely delicious amazing food! Freshly made pasta on site. Best spaghetti I ever had, the sauce was perfect.

Meal was good but I've had better Italian (esp. bolognese), service was very good, but unexpected and unadvertised service fee to cover usage of credit card. What percentage of diners bring cash today for evening dinner, especially if the cost is over $200? Just incorporate the cost into the overall meal pricing.

We have eaten here a few times now and every visit was excellent. Best meatballs I have ever had and they are served with a dollop of ricotta cheese. The meatballs are so melt in your mouth yummy that I have to order them every time even if I venture out to try new items on the menu. Food is fresh and wholesome just like mom used to make. We live in Vero Beach and have to find excuses to go to Stuart or Port St. Lucie just so we can eat at Pastaio.
