Came in excited about trying a new pizza place! Reviews look good. Ordered two pizzas to go. Was supposed to take about 30 minutes which was fine I waited in the lobby. Another person came in and ordered a pizza. During that time one of the staff went home for the day. She was the one that had taken our order. there were two more in the kitchen. I saw a pizzas coming out of the oven and figured it was ours but they only called him and the others they put up on top of the pizza oven. Since they had called him I was waiting for them to call us as we were the only people in the restaurant. 15 minutes later other people are coming in and I ask the lady if my pizzas are coming out soon. Turns out they didn't call me and my pizzas were sitting there for 15 minutes cold on the top of the pizza oven if I hatten said anything I probably would still be sitting there. very unprofessional as we were the only ones in the restaurant. Was very pissed. With all that being said the pizza is good. Just make sure you keep up with your own orders and don't expect the staff to keep up with them. Ordered pizza at 5pm. Was told 1 hr wait. Went at 620 and still wasn't ready. Told 20 more minutes for a calzone and still wasn't finished. Took it home not even half cooked and put it in my oven. Pizza was luke warm and garlic knots were cold. If you can't handle a Friday night rush why not bring in more help for your busy time. And to pay over $60 for everything was ridiculous.
