Verdea Restaurant And Wine Bar

This is my second time eating here dining outside and love it! Had the wine tasting and tried the bacon wrapped shrimp with guacamole lime butter was delicious very light sauce. My main entree was short rib risotto it’s so good it’s like a warm hug on a chilly night it was (55 degrees) they do have heat lamps outside.

I love this restaurant. you can't beat the service and quality. Our waitress Natalie was simply amazing! She very informative and knowledgeable when it’s comes the the menu and wine selections. I just love the General Manager Justin!! He’s awesome in every way!! The staff at Cooper’s Hawk in Palm Beach Gardens Rocks!!!

My friends and I met up here for a birthday lunch and had an amazing time. I am usually never disappoint with Cooper's Hawk and my experience here proves me right in my theory that you almost always receive great memories when at Coopers' Hawk. This is not my home location as I live near the coconut Creek location but I have to say the service here was top notch. Justin Wainwright and his staff were an absolute joy. Although I am at my store quite a bit and probably more than I should be, I cant wait to meet friends and visit this location again. From the young lady that seated us o her first day to the wine bar on the way out, the service was top-natch. Justin has so much personality and a very infectious vibe. Even though they are 45 min from me I do not mind the drive. If there was only one thing I could say about Cooper's Hawk as a whole is that I think for the amount of people I am convincing to sign-up to the wine club both in and out of state i wish there was a free bottle given after a certain number of sign ups. But all and all I love the experience I always have with the Cooper Family. If you are reading this Justin THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING TIME during these uncertain times that all humanity is experiencing with COVID 19. Continue to be you because you just may change someone day!

Our server Jennifer was great! She explained wine selection in detail and overall provided great service and made our visit pleasurable! We go to Cooper's Hawk regularly and love this place. Can't wait till their famous Charcuterie board with candied bacon is back!

I don’t even know where to begin. From the calming atmosphere to the DELICIOUS food with a kitchen staff that will cater to all my allergies! This restaurant is simply lovely! My first time coming for a wine tasting, the two young women working behind the counter were so pleasant that I happily signed up for a membership! I honestly haven’t regretted it since! I had encounters with two SPECTACULAR managers. Justin especially made sure that me and my husband were happy and had a fresh night but as for our hostess Nichol! She definitely made sure to start our night with laughter and smiles! As much as food is important, I get memberships at places where I feel like the service is out of this world, and this is definitely it! Also the Atlantic seared salmon might change your life!
