P.f. Chang's Palm Beach Gardens

The restaurant wasn't very crowded, but we still had to wait a while to be seated for our reservation. The host seemed hurried and asked if we could all squeeze into a booth, even though there were only a few tables occupied. Our server was good and much friendlier than the host. The drinks were slow, and the server said the bartender was new. The food was excellent, but we still felt rushed at the end. We probably would have stayed longer, but we decided to go somewhere else for dessert.

I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and it has always been average. My most recent visit was no different. I am uncertain if I will return in the future, as the food is just average.

The food was excellent, as usual. The service was quick and efficient.

Over time, PF Changs is declining. Food again was not prepared correctly (tofu left out). Had to wait to get waitress attention, then for the dish to be redone. Came back with tofu, but now no brocolli and tofu was breaded (not supposed to be for this dish). Waitress noticed this, but brought it anyway and appologized it was done wrong, but figured we would want it because we had waited so long. She was right and we accepted it so as not to wait longer. Still charged us for the dish, which I paid, but with the combination of long wait and inconsistant preperation of food, not sure I'll return.

For chain restaurant, this is a good location. Service was great and food quality even better
