When I asked her to fix it, I was considered to have three heads. I explained that I did not give an ice-cold caramel mocha. so the worker takes it in the back and comes back 2 seconds later with the same coffee, but with him flooded whipped cream with chocolate syrup dripping. the manager came by and asked for her to leave it to the right, and he really asked what was wrong with it. I find it hard to believe that they have never seen or done an icy karamell mocha, but so they have acted. the manager goes back for a few minutes and comes with a new one that had so much chocolate in him it looked like it was black coffee with a drop. When I tasted it, it was one of the worst things I tasted. at this point I give up and ask for a cup to get a limo, because obviously when I ask another or try to make it right, their heads could explode, from thinking too hard. no excuse for inconvenience. I avoid the mcdonald for the foreseeable future.
Just sat in the drive through order window for 15 minutes with nobody on the other end. Finally drove off and left to see nobody in either window. Absolutely terrible service
I've been to this McDonald's a handful of time over the past couple of months and it's just been consistently good. The fries are always fresh and hot, my order has never been wrong, and the people working the drive-thru are the nicest people ever. Seriously, this place as the nicest workers I've ever encountered at any McDonald's.
I had the worst service ever at this restaurant. I was stuck in the drive-thru line for so long, passing four cars without ever receiving my order. Finally, I decided to go to the window, and the girl there got upset with me for doing so. I've been a regular customer for 10 years, and I will never return again. It’s disappointing to see how paying customers are treated, especially since they know me and my white Ford F150.
McDonald's is McDonald's, but this particular location was exceptionally clean. The food tasted just like any other McDonald's. However, I didn't give it 5 stars because I feel that the ordering process has changed for the worse. I spent a lot of time arguing with a manager about why I didn't want to use the kiosk to place my order. It seems unnecessary to do so when there's a staff member right next to the register, and management had to pause their tasks just to press a button on the kiosk while the cashier remained idle. I wish they would return to the older system of placing orders, as it was more efficient and customer-friendly.
