Przekaż informację zwrotnąI came for a three day trip with my wife from Boston and had to re order twice because the restaurant did not have everything on the menu. I did not mind paying the prices but to not have what you want when spending a lot of money for a getaway seemed ridiculous.
Quick two night stay at the resort. Disappointed in the service in all areas. Ironwood first was ok but service lacking and with NYC prices it’s just not worth it. Restaurant not full at all but our salads never arrived. Menu very average. Would have expected much better for it being the only real restaurant at the resort. Nothing special.
Really busy but waiter did all he could to make dinner an enjoyable experience. Appetizers took forever and then dinner came really quick after.
The waiter was so bad, nothing went right. Waited 3/4 of an hour on a bottle of wine and then he came with a wrong one! Waited another 3/4 of an hour on the first course and then the next courses came right after each other! Three times we asked for the manager but the waiter just said he could not get hold of him. When we left we saw the manager and told him about the waiter, but our evening was already spoiled
Pre fix missed 1st course. Waiter could not keep orders straight. Steaks mostly the wrong temp. way to expensive for what we got on New Years Eve.
